Hi!
There seems to be a bug editing/deleting the copywrite, and “unsubscribe” box.
Additionally, I can’t delete social media icons (we don’t have all of those pictured).
Finally, can you save templates for future newsletters?

Hi. Easy to use but how do I save my work? ... I purchased, log in, and there is a Buy Item button – but I just did, and logged in. I made changes, Save Changes, and they’re gone when I login again. Can I not save multiple templates?

Thanks for your purchase
Make sure to use a spearated template inside the “MyMail Templates” folder.
Convert the freshmailblue folder or the other one to .zip file, then upload it to MyMail.

I don’t think this template is supported anymore. I emailed the author last week asking if it was still supported but got no response.

I have a month asking for assistance and the developer never contacts me even though I have paid for technical assistance.
I have a lot of problems with your “template editor”
- He doesn’t let me in many occasions
- and it makes me lose many hours of work because I get an error when I want to save changes and download the html
this product is very very bad and unstable
ENVATO should take care of the products it sells

when I purchase the template will I be able to download the builder as well? in other words, will the builder be hosted under my domain name or under your domain name? I need to host the builder on my server, is this possible?
