Any update to when the template will work with Joomla 4.0? Also PHP version 8.0.13 doesn’t work with Churchy Template in Joomla version 3.10.4

Good day I bought a theme and i am unable to get the banner on it just like advertised

I’m having a difficult time installing the Churchy-Nonprofit template and extensions. i’ve tried on Joomla 3.10 up to 4.5. Every time i attempt to install the ‘rocsprocket 2.19’ extension it breaks the site. I’ve also tried the ‘quickstart’ and it just gives a blank white page when trying to begin the setup. I’m tech and web savvy but this is stumping me. Looking at the documentation it seems that the last update to Churcy was in 2016. If I had seen that before purchase I probably wouldn’t have purchased. Is there a solution here? Than you.

Good afternoon, I am looking for the way to change the header image on the top left of the page (just above the menus). Its been a while since I spun up a Joomla site, so I can’t remember the process. Do I just need to edit one of the php files (index maybe)? Thanks for any and all help! -Tim

Hi, I got a license back in 2015 (pew, THAT long …) and use it in a Joomla 3.10.4 (current version) and I get problems (http500) when switching from PHP 7.4 to 8.0. Could you please let me know if PHP8 is supported (I may just have another problem, not related to the template), or will it be supported within the next months? And by the way: Will it be compatible with Joomla 4?! Thanks and best regards! Dominic

I’m trying to find the documentation for the churchy template. I found some related to installing a demo version of churchy, but I can’t get to the demo. I’ve created a new URL for the demo quickstart, called dev2.gulfcoastbiblechurch.org and when I go to the site where I’ve uploaded the demo via FTP I get a blank screen in one browser and a message that says the page isn’t working and the site is unable to handle this request in another browser. I have gotten the template loaded on the real website (gulfcoastbiblechurch.org), but cannot figure out how to customize the pages. I’ve never bought a template before and didn’t realize how difficult it was going to be to try to figure out how to use the template or get help on how to use and customize the template. Can you please tell me where I need to go to get find the documentation on how to use this template? Are there videos available, by any chance? Thanks in advance

Thank you for your support in the recent past helping me get the demo installed. Now my client wants to change the background color slightly on the pages. I’ve gone in to Templates: Edit Style. Under Layout Style I’ve tried to select different backgrounds, but I don’t see any changes. Where can I change the HEX # for the color for the color that appears on each of the pages (which is white right now)? Thanks in advance, Barb

will i need to reinstall my entire website from your zip file once joomla 4 comes out? i am going to a new machine using mariadb and mysqli whereas the old machine was mysql 14 and now 18 respectively so i already have to recreate the entire site for our church and i lost my wife so its going to be much much harder

It seems that the widget kit broke, and the slider no longer works with the current Joomla. 3.9.25

Been a while since I’ve seen any update about Joomla 4. With Joomla 4 close to release, can we expect to see an update of the template? We’ll want to upgrade to Joomla 4 eventually and hope we don’t need to abandon the template. Thanks!
