The support from the developer has been incredible, immediate and above expectations. Adding things outside the theme for me in order to use this multipage website as a single page website for example.The theme is a little rough around the edges so you will need to know what you're doing a little more than some themes if you want to do anything outside what you see in the demo. In general however the theme works great and looks brilliant!Good job guys, I'll be looking out for your themes in the future!

Hi Guys… I emailed you when I purchased this theme regarding a problem with the menu… the three lined image button (to show the responsive menu) does not appear again in mobile or tablet mode… there is just nothing… please can you fix for me as it’s really pointless not having a menu and it is a definite problem with the theme after an update surely? No other reason it would disappear? I have emailed you as well. Please come back to me urgently as my support has expired and there were problems previously. Thanks,

A year ago I noticed that BIO (on iphons) does not work.
you said it would be fixed with the update – unfortunately it still does not work (the button does not appear after clicking on the image – you can not see the description about team person).

Same issue as “amandavs” described above. theme seam to have an open back door/vulnerability its being hacked and infects the whole website with a trojan. Already third time I had to wipe out the whole website 3 times, wondering what am I doing wrong. This is unacceptable. Hosting provider suggests that the issue is with the “Total Donations plugin”. Please fix the issue. Thank you

Hi Guys…. looks like there is something wrong with this theme working with Php 8.0. Can you do an update please? Not sure if It’s to do with the older plugins on the site? Quite urgent please as I won’t have an option to downgrade to PHP 7.3 for much longer…Thanks.

I ran into a few issues customizing the site. Most of the issues were due to me not knowing where to look or why I was experiencing the problem. The documentation was very helpful but I also need further assistance from the support team. Their response was very quick and very helpful! So far so good and the theme is pretty straightforward, user friendly and easy to customize with the help of the Visual Composer.

This template is quite flexible. I've bought it to create the website for shooting federation which is opposite to charity. Nevertheless, both the template and excellent customer support gave me an opportunity to create the great website.
