Hi -- I do have to say that you make too many excuses and assume that the customer has the same technical proficiency as you. The reason why people buy themes is convenience. Why should I have to ask you for the JSON for two additional demos? Why should I even know what a JSON is? I've purchased other themes in which the demo is fully installable with one click. Why do I have to copy and paste the text from a file? Anyway, the Redux plugin is working and fully up to date on my end. I copy and paste the JSON file text and click import. It says that the import is completed, but there's no change in the appearance of the blog.I'd like your assistance in uploading the demo, otherwise I will ask Envato for a refund.

Contacted support, on the weekend, about a conflict with Envira Gallery and they resolved it within 24 hours. Can't ask for much more.

Hello, my website keeps going unresponsive whenever I open /wp-admin/customize.php. Demo won’t import properly, I followed the import instructions and lastly the support doesn’t open so I’m commenting here. Thanks!

I can’t change anything on my front page which is the blog page i got from osnic, like adding elements from elementor or even doing seo on my front page as even though I have added logs on it, while doing SEO it shows that there is no content on homepage. Also, elementor can’t be accessed on home page, please provide me with help as this is very frustrating.

Can i show random posts on homepage? Can i hide/disable the sidebar on homepage? Can i disable the footer gallery? Also can i suggest for the next update in post ads for each post : before content, after paragraoh 1,2,3, after content.
