hi there, I am only now just getting round to using this template, however I cannot seem to locally edit the template as I am getting the ‘Failed to Load Template Settings Panel’ everytime I want to preview the page. I use Internet Explorer. Can you please help advise how I can overcome this issue. Cheers Richard

I thought this theme would work with Wordpress. Is there any way to incorporate it into a bootstrap Wordpress theme? Nothing I do is working.

Hello. I purchased this theme and when I want to preview it in Safari on my Mac and Macbook I receive the following message: “Failed to load Template Settings Panel!”. Can you give an insight to rectifying this please?

I am unable to save any change in the template options and receive a pop up saying “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” – this seems to be related to the version of WPBakery Visual Composer when i have googled this – are you able to update to the latest version for the template and assist.

Its not working for me, I get a error message when I launch the site “JavaScript Alert Failed to load Template Settings Panel”
Tried with Chrome and IE and both are up to date.
I re-downloaded and extracted the files few times but still same error. I Tried finding the answer on Google but no luck.
