I am still a newbie to customizing templates, but I have worked on six sites using templates. This theme and Edge, in particular, has been by far the most responsive to my questions and has really provided easy to execute solutions to the few problems that have arisen. Excellent customer service. They will now be my go-to company for theme design.

A very good charity theme with lots of features built in. The responsiveness is also very good as well as the page speed results. Support is very helpful but avoid getting in touch on weekends if you don't have patience. I'm happy with my choice.

This has been a complete nightmare so far. I can't get the site to work. I was able to get someone to upload the theme and demo and when I went in I got a 500 error. I have been trying to get in touch (find a way to get in touch) with the author or envato and can't find the right department or contact info. It's a maze in this place. Can someone, ANYONE, get in touch with me. I want a refund or a solution. Please. It's urgent.

When videos are played on mobile from the website they appear very small (I am using an iPhone) ... is there a way to make them full screen? This is true with your demo as well (https://goodwish.qodeinteractive.com/). If you start the video from an iPhone it uses less than 1/10th of the screen. How can we change that?

please check your Edge CPT plugin its bringing a lot of “headers already sent” errors…and its seems to have a conflict wit elementor plugin and yes am usin te latest version of the theme…

We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the versions of WordPress up to 5.7x (please see change log). We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version. They update their theme but don’t update their tutorial. The Youtube tutorial is 2 YEARS OLD, but they’ve update their theme in Feb 2022. They did not update the online instructions. How do I know? Because both the YouTube instructions and the Online instructions ask me to look for EDGE OPTIONS, and they DON’T EXIST on the update. Seems like a simple thing, right? Nope. They want me to pay $49.00 just to find out updated instructions that should be provide when they update a damn theme.

hello please update your theme quickly…because its running into issues withs the latest updates of WordPress. and wordpress made those update specifically with issues to do with security in mind…so by you not updating the theme in time your creating a security risk, since we are forced to stick with wordpress 5.8..please make this a priority. time is running out and we don’t want the security risks wordpress is trying to fix through updates to catch up with us.

This theme has worked out well for us. Site looks good, there are plenty of design options and best of all customer support was quick and knowledgeable

Had to import the xml file manually because the recommended importer didn't work correctly for the demo content. This was the most difficult time I've had importing demo content so far. Plenty of other themes have 1-click importers for the same price and I think you should suggest adding that instead of using Edge Options.

This review is for Version 2.1. This update has fixed the issue with the GIVE plugin. The theme now works with the current version of the plugin's new data attribute features for currency settings. Everything seems to be working fine.The reason I only went to 4 stars was because it took over a month for the theme to be updated once the issue was discovered by a theme user, and it was not fixed until after I figured out the solution, gave it to the theme author and had given a poor review and comment on the theme.

Hello, I have had this themed installed for a few years. We do updates and maintenance regularly. We have the theme, edge, and plugins up to date. Wordpress version 5.7.x. In the last few weeks WP Bakery edition has completely stopped working. It just shows all the code, no front end or backend builder. I see a few other comments recently regarding similar issues. Any help is appreciated.
