Hi is it possible to limit what certain users can see on this theme? for example, if I only want a user to be able to see “Administration” but another user to only see “Accounting”, etc

Hello! How are you doing? Great theme!
I have a couple questions:
1. Is there a shortcode to insert knowledge base? I’m trying to add the KB to the homepage and keep the page contents.
2. Is there a citation or referencing tool? Something similar to the bottom page of a wikipedia article
