I’m looking for a theme like this one, without “page builder” plugins or whatever name these plugins have. A native WP blog and pages. Is this one like that?

The Theme is making the website crash when I uploaded to my Godaddy server and I try to go to the website. If I use another theme the site works fine but when I activate this theme it just crashes.

Please update your theme. The visual shortcode generator is not displaying on wordpress 3.9 version. I’m finding it a hard time creating content without it.
