I have extraneous html code showing at the begging of every post I make. I've left two support tickets since last November (four months ago) and have yet to get answer. Check your tickets dude. On your support forum, user "badcraiger" has two tickets that need an answer.

(1) I was able to quickly get a working copy of demo theme working on my machine including the demo data and graphics
(2) Was happy with customer support. Had a question and got a useful reply within 24 hours.

Hi,
Its been almost a week time, There is no response to my installation query. The theme is not optimized properly and using 100% CPU usage and stopping all the other website too get uploaded. After purchase Its like wasted money, for some thing which is not even worth one fourth of its price.There is no installation video with the theme, only 2 plugins, not sufficient enough.After upload its uploading as a different theme then what I have purchased.
