What are the best size dimensions to use for a Feature Blog Post Image? I’m currently using 776×415, but GTMetrix wants me to scale down to 377×202. I did the scale down but the image looks very soft. Any recommendation? Thank you.

Hi!
We have discovered an issue with the portfolio in Chrome. It doesn’t happen in other browsers, just Chrome.
When you scroll to the bottom of the portfolio and click on the “next page” buttons, in our site’s case, the “2” or the “3”, the view of the page stays “stuck” at the bottom of the page below the portfolio items rather than navigating back up to the top like it does in other browsers:

We have updated our WordPress Core, updated all plugins, and updated the Porcelain Theme, and the issue still persists. Again, only in chrome.
Please let us know any steps we can take to fix the issue?

Hi,
“The support period for the Porcelain theme has expired.
It’s been more than 3 weeks since the date of purchase – the theme was purchased on March 9, 2022.”
Three weeks, it is really short !
The two plugins Pexeto Portfolio Items Widget and Pexeto Recent Posts Widget doesn’t work. Is it related to the new version of wordpress ?

Hi there. We recently updated https://www.alisonhawthornedeming.com to the latest version of Porcelain, and doing so cropped the height of all the images we are using in our portfolio carousels, such as on the home page and at https://alisonhawthornedeming.com/books/. The images no longer have their proper heights or dimensions. Can you tell me how to fix that? I don’t see anything in the knowledgebase on that. Thanks!

I paid for extended support and have tried unsuccessfully to create a log in to your Support Site – but no luck and I’m getting no help getting in. The author refuses to help me solve my problem without getting in the Support System. It’s been almost 2 months of emails and frustration. I recommend NOT licensing products from PEXETO
