Mamunnu was very helpfull from begining when i had some problems installing my theme. I have over 450 blogs and did not won't to lose them so mamunnu imported files over ftp and set up everything for me. Theme is great i have over 95% on pingdom tools, 85 on google page insight and over 85 on gmetrix. Theme is also mobile friendly and very fast loading time, less than 2s 600kb.I am very happy with this theme and especially with support.

Looks good, but not easy to use.I've used over 20 themes in the past few years, and this one was is one of the least intuitive to use that I've come across. You have to install a whole bunch of plugins, and without wading through documentation, it's not obvious what to do next. If you install the demo content you will be swamped with stuff to delete.I decided to deactivate it, and use something else, but it has left files all over the place. For example, the site icon simply won't go away. I've uninstalled wordpress and deleted the database, then re-installed, but the site icon is still there. I've been messing around for ages deleting all the stuff but it's still not clear. I'm sure the author will message, saying "why didn't you contact us if you had problems before posting a bad review?" Well that's not my point - I'm sure the support would have helped if I'd kept working at it, but I want software that is intuitive to use. This isn't. I need to be able to install stuff and get it working right away, rather than contact support, and wade through documentation. There are many themes out there that are more intuitive than this.I would therefore not recommend this theme.

Not only does the template look amazing and is very customizable. The customer support is beyond good. I had an issue with an old version of php and the Radius team actually went into my cpanel and fixed a server issue with an old php version!! highly recommended and will work with them again!
