Hello, pre-sale question: do you release template updates containing updated extensions. For instance I see last Eventus update is November 2018 (almost a year) and SPpageBuilder had few (important) updates since then (v 3.6.2 now). Know it because have a license for another template bundled with SPpageBuilder.
My main concern when buying is to have a compatibility with Joomla and PHP updates. Thanks.

Hi,
I´ve bought the Eventus template two month ago.
There are several update demands by the Joomla platform, which has to be done, but SP Pagebuilder extension won´t be updated. There´s no license key combined, although the pro version is integrated in Eventus template.
How can I get SP Pagebuilder updates in order to have an actual Joomla web environment running?

Hello, I just bought Eventus and it’s looking great! I already contact you via the E-mail, but I guess I may need to post it here too. Firstly, I saw that you mentioned that updating the SP Page Builder Pro and Slider need to have you helping me out in the site via admin account in case of I didn’t bought the SP Page Builder Pro for myself yet? And secondly I don’t know is it me, or some font awesome icon is missing and is showing blank square instead of the actual icon, for an example would shown up blank square, while is working fine, is this bug only on my site?

Hello,
we do update our templates, but not every month. We test each template with each new Joomla version and extension versions. At the moment we are waiting for Joomla 3.9.12 to be release after which we will update all templates accordingly.
Per example if you purchase the template today, you can install the qiuckstart package and provide us with temporary admin access for your site. We will update all extensions that have updates after which you can start building your content.
