Hi there… I’m just taking over a website which uses this theme and wonder if you could clarify whether the “content builder” can be used for post formatting, or is it only designed to handle pages? With many thanks in advance.

Hi,
I’m not getting theme update option, my current version is 1.4. Also I can’t find logo selecting option in my current version. I have deactivate all of my plugins to identity the issue, but still I’m not getting that option.

Hi there after one month we still waiting for Home dates translation.
plus, did you know that sometimes your theme losts setup and we have to reset all home page content, sidebars, color customization and logos?
it happened four times in less of two months, is there a way to fix it?

I’m interesting to purchase this theme, but I have a few questions:
1. Did your theme supports rtl languages?
2. Can I choose different banners sizes, implement banners wherever I wont etc.?

Hi I have the Venus theme for a few years working great!, But with WP 5.5 the site is broken and I can’t access the plugins settings!! also All the sliders and other addons doesn’t work! I Downloaded the latest 1.8 theme!! Which is the best way to upgrade to the newest version? I tried to upload the new files but it says that the folder venus already exist!!! Can you walkthrough to be able to upgrade without any downtime!! Thanks
