This is an updated review after having issues with importing demo content. I'm happy that they finally fixed the issue and stopped blaming everyone's hosting. Anyway, this is a well designed theme like most other themes by fuel themes and I'd definitely recommend.

This is the most complex theme I have ever work with for Wordpress and it is fantastic. It has so many beautiful options and transitions, you can customize it to the level of perfection, also thanks to the awesome support. I've looked over 50 themes, tried about 5, but this is the one I came back to. It's so smooth, so well coded, well designed. It's customizable, the support team is very smart. All the basics (animations, page transitions, general speed etc.) are super solid, so anything you build upon it will be too.

The theme is surprisingly versatile, but the best is technical support, they are great and very fast!

Just love the flexibility of this theme! I already have 3 totally different websites based on this theme. The support is excellent, and the theme just keeps getting better and better!

"WooCommerce support added in 7 days". That's great and the shop looks very nice in the demos. However, it seems the shop has been entirely forgotten since then.My advice: DO NOT buy this theme for the shop functionality!Be prepared to do a lot of custom work if you plan to use this theme with WooCommerce. Fuel Theme's focus is unfortunately entirely on the portfolio aspects of the theme.Just to mention a few things that are missing:1) Lacking support for variable products. Most shops have at least a few variable products. The extra drop down fields are not styled at all (to match the theme). Bundled/group products ditto, but that's not as expected. Support for variable products is a must.2) Zero documentation for the shop, e.g. recommended product image dimensions.3) Text on product listings in archives/the shop index works well in the demo, but not with all fonts. A "Text below images" option is included in most themes with WooCommerce support.4) A proper theme gives support for product sliders/banners/category view/highlighted products, so offers/products/product kits etc. can be highlighted and promoted. Take a look at the simple (no bloat) SAVOY theme for inspiration. They really thought it through.Then there's the bloat. For instance: Why are the sound files being loaded/enqueued if they are disabled? Those 5 extra HTTP requests are completely redundant.We bought the theme more than a year ago thinking that "they'll get it done soon, they seem serious", but nothing has been done to improve the shop since then.Other than that, the theme is great, but not a good overall experience, unless the shop gets some attention soon.

Easy to create really good looking sites, and the support has been really quick and efficient as well. I'd recommend highly.

Great UXWonderful UX elements and attention to detail. The portfolio elements is specifically why I wanted to use this theme. There are a few design elements that really stand out in the builder that bring it all together. Definitely has a "post-modern" look - great for designers that like to break trends. Wish-ListCompatibility with Elementor would be a great addition. A few more header options would also be be great. Issues:There are minor slow-downs in the theme if you don't optimize the images that you're using. Specifically the home page sliders.

You only got a 1 star because of terrible post-purchase experience. Horrible support experience l and very slow. Take time to read through the tickets of issues people are reporting before giving a generic answer. Atun the support guy was not helpful at all. I ended up hiring a dev to fix the theme issue. It's total time wasting and frustrating.

Werkstatt has minimal clutter and fewer options than other themes, but if you have previous design and development experience you will appreciate this theme. I have been doing two days since I asked, but I could not get any feedback from you. When I first purchased, I was concerned about complaints from other existing billing customers, but I was attracted by your cool designs and themes.However, there was a problem with the installation, and even if you read the document file that you sent with the file 10 times, there was a lot of content that I did not understand for beginner level. I purchased the theme to make it faster and easier to use because my wordpress skills are immature and difficult to code. Ironically, a beginner like me has a lot of difficulties to use your product. I am not good enough and I tried to make my homepage easier and easier with the help of a specialist.There were only two things I asked.1. Home page slide image does not appear. 2. The footer area is not visible at all.You are worried about your customers like me and you are getting a lot more money to do the installation, but I do not understand why this is the service you have to pay for the extra charge. Are not those people looking for your theme or WordPress theme here seeking to quickly create a homepage? If so, you might have thought about what you need, but you also advertised that it is fully compatible, works, and easy to use. But in reality there are a lot of errors and I do not know how much time I have spent to fully apply them. It is very disappointing that you seem to have used such a mentality just for the means of sale.I want to use your product as much as possible but I can not hear you answer so I ask for a refund.I decided to buy themes in a very short time to easily organize and decorate my homepage. Here's why I just paid for another 6 months of support and am 98% certain I'll be buying this theme again or another from this author for another site or two.1. Regular updates that recognizes some of the latest trends in UI design and makes them available for the owners of this theme. A+2. I've had to reach out for support a number of times and always got a response within a reasonable to fairly quick amount of time. A+3. Opened a ticket once over something that ended up being super simple but the solution came quickly and patiently from Fuelthemes! A+4. There are a lot of themes out there that are absolute trash for structuring UX work. This theme is not one of them. At times I feel it's flexibility is strictly limited by my knowledge and time. That's how feature rich and extendible it is. A+Things I'd like to see fixed -1. Less wonky team photo solutions. At the moment they're super huge and look a little ridiculous. The styling options and text placement is also not the best.2. Better documentation and a video walkthrough of the parallaxing feature. I've come close but have yet to make this look right. On mobile/table it just doesn't look good at all.3. Faster loading and a smaller footprint.Overall I continue to be impressed with the theme and it works well for UX heavy work, especially when compared to other wordpress themes that perpetuate poor storytelling practices.

It is a really good looking theme, with one of the best takes on WooCommerce but the ignorance and thirst for money of the devs makes it an average theme for me.I did try to find out few things, but I cannot open a support ticket 'cos my support expired, and to be honest I do not really need support, I wanted to provide feedback. I purchased the theme a while back and never used it so I never had to use the "support."I decided to post a comment instead, but got a replay to open a ticket, and since I cannot open a ticket for the reason stated above. I am out of luck. Nice theme, not so good support. Money, money & money that really matters.

Hello, I’m using this theme for my personal website and it’s absolutely amazing! Now I decided to use it for another site. Today I bought the theme for the second time but .. I have some kind of problem. When I try to import the demo files .. the only file I have imported is some xml file with this error: —Downloaded files— An error occurred while fetching file from: https://themes.fuelthemes.net/theme-demo-files/werkstatt/boxed/democontent.xml!Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired. I thought that I needed the SSL certificate, so I activated SSL on my Wordpress website, but it didn’t fix the problem. Any idea how I can fix it? Thanks in advance!
