Hello. I just bought and install Onepagepro. I can not access modify pages. The pages do not open in the backoffice. I can however preview the page. I think this is a builder problem. Can you please help me ?

Love the template, only now it won’t show the facebook, twitter, linkedIn icons while the links a correct. Instagram, digg, google+ are no problem.So I guess something needs an update on the author side.

hi, i can’t find in the documentation much information about the image used as background for title, like the one we see here: https://demo.goodlayers.com/onepagepro/2016/06/06/standard-post-type/ 1- what is the recommended default size for the picture used (as in the page above, it looks sharp) 2- where to i change the setting for the title area height, because i can’t seem to be able to do so, i’m having problems with this because i tried different image sizes for background and each time, either the image is being cropped so much, or becomes so blurry

GoodLayers definitely knows what people want in a WP Theme. I'll surely check your products whenever a quality Theme is needed for my job.

Hi, I am writing here because the support page doesn’t seem to have onpagepro as a selection when creating a ticket. There was a similar issue in top-club theme, and this solved the issue. My wordpress version is 5.8 and my php version is 8.0.7. Any suggestions?

I intended to buy One Page Express Pro and accidentally bought this one because it was the top Google search result. To my dismay, I paid 52 dollars for this mediocre theme and was unable to get a refund from the developers.

Very quick response and further followup to my inquiry. They made the change I needed and provided documentation so I could do it myself in future.

Hi there. I love the theme, I have a couple of pre sale questions: 1. Does the theme come with all the template pages/section layouts as shown in your live preview? 2. Does the theme have a ‘pop-up’ element available? Or will I have to use a plugin for that? And if so which plugin would you recommend? I’d like the user to be able to click on a link and view more info in a pop-up (text only).

Following revolution slider instructions does not register it, I am told that it is NOT registered even after removing it, going to the google drive link, uploading it and activating it.

We made lots of websites with Goodlayers Themes. They made a must have builder for every level Web Designer. Really, for us is the best Wordpress author.

While I understand that this theme has a lot of options - which is great - I really dislike the way the builder works. I would prefer a more drag&drop or on page customizer. I really didn't like the clunkiness and all the windows I had to open for each photo etc.

hi, i had a question about “deselect all” in the “item options” of blog posts for example - i selected an icon for a title (there was no icon before), but then i was unable to remove the item and deselect all… i only have the option of selecting another icon. how do i deselect all icons? - same thing with meta options under blog options, how do i remove all meta? like if i dont want to display anything except the post title thanks

Theme is OK but really poor documentation and the themeforest/goodlayers support model really does suck. Not being able to ask a question within a year of buying is really poor especially given the basic documentation.

As this theme is a one page template, can you add new pages and have links to them on the homepage?

Very poor documentation on how to use the page builder, or really anything else.Beware, this entire theme (and therefore your site) will rely on a custom-built, super slow and slightly buggy page builder to build every single page on your site. This is not only frustrating and difficult but means you have one central point of failure and can likely never change themes once (if ever) you get it right.
