Team, I’m trying to send out a service request but ticket panel is not syncing with Envato nor will it accept the item purchase code to register my ticket for an open ticket. Please advise?
For the record, im trying to eliminate the side bar completely. I have removed the context from the widget area completely and cleared cache, any it still won’t clear out.

I can’t change the header image on this theme because it is fixed at an image on the qodeinteractive dot com domain, and i’m having several other problems as it is not responding to the custom optons, it became unuseable. What to do to at least change the header image?

Mikado claims to build a "Service" theme that offers Shopping Features, User Login, My Account, ect but DOES NOT have a way to register users. When I opened the support ticket (below) they claimed that user registration was not part of the theme and I should find a 3rd party plugin. bad Quality < conflict with visual composer and in whole code visual composer is disabled > no doc for how to install and solve the simple conflict !!!!very bad support, too much slow and also ticket server is mostly down

Hello, i purchased this theme and Google map is not working.
I put an address in field “Address 1” but it did’t work, the map shows still the same place. In comments I see other people had the same issue but the page at the link for solving it is not more avaiabile. Someone can help me please?

The demos show perfect column heights but in actuality it is very difficult to maintain equal column heights when content is not equal. A lot of horizontal tricks are required to maintain spacing. Most elements contain data fields that do not accept html, which makes them useless. Be prepared to add extra development time if you need to incorporate your content into this theme.
