I can’t preview this theme. I am getting ” Server Redirected You Too Many Times” error. Its a real shame because I wanted to purchase this them badly. Going with something else as I’m short on time.

its very hard to set up the theme. i spend this hole day to instal it but it won't. It have no them dashboard and that is awful. I want my money back!

Hi, the theme is great, i’m using it for my no profit and it’s going well. In these days i’m getting some issues with the 3rd party included plug ins that don’t allow me to update them (so it gives critical errors on many fronts). Mostly it’s about “deprecated” functions. How do i fix those? How can i update them (js visual composer and revolution slider)? Ty

It went very well, but for reasons of force majeure I left it, including the site I had. These days I reinstalled the theme it works fine, except for one problem: the plugin does not work and on the contrary “breaks the website” Check with the developers of the plugin and in their pages of the site this if the site is kept inactive in the that the Unity theme was installed the usage permission is lost. One solution they suggest is that the author of the topic can reapply for permission to enable the plugin in the topic that I bought it some time ago. My question is is it possible that as the author of the Unity theme you can contact the creators of the plugin to request a permission for my theme that was inactive for a while? The live preview seems to be down, gives the following message: “Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work. To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.”

I came along some major issues that I couldn't solve myself. I contacted support although my support license was expired. Bich Hong replied promptly and helped my out and fixed all my issues. Bich came above and beyond with help. Thank you.

Lots of bugs in this theme. Had trouble with functionality on every page. Have wasted several hours trying to make this theme work. I had to contact support for every single page - I would change the settings in backend (very basic settings - Im not talking about customizations) and front end wouldn't follow suit. Support was fair- responsive within a day or 2 and would make the required fixes to make the settings work. Multiple issues with donation campaign funtionality as well that unfortunately could not be fixed. Waste of time and money.

A lot does not work well. In the first support part of the problem was corrected. I'm working to put in full operation. Improve the evaluation in the future.

Hi, We would like to use this site as a landing page. Is it possible to link the campaigns to our crowdfunding platform? In other words: the funder can register for the campaign by registering in our platform and the % automatically changes on the website? Thanks in advance.

this theme is super hard to install. i have been using more than 100 themes for my clients. when importing the demo files it dosn't bring over widgets and many other things. it says it is RTL but it is not fully RTL, for sure.when i asked for support the person sayed he made the changes but in action he did not, and then stop replying. really hard to customize it, there are a lot of things you need to add code (for example, if you want to change currency) and there is no "real" admin panel for the theme, only the built in "wordpress costumizer" who control only part of the hings and many others just dosn't have any explanation on how to do and no control over...do yourself a favor and don't buy this theme
