Hello, the Visual Composer has not been updated for a long time and our users prefer to use Elementor plugin for editing the pages. Is it safe to disable (or even uninstall) the VC plugin? Thank you!

Visual Composer is not activating with the theme. (I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled as per instructions above). It kicks me to the WPBakery for purchase. I shouldn’t need to buy support for this question because the plugin was purchased with the theme but stopped working. It also broke my Revolution Slider. To update thru Open Design Options leads to a error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I’m the Admin. My website is down.

Pre-sale question. If the theme is purchased, will I be able to use the art images (http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/eden/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/parallax-03.jpg) that are in the demo? If not, where can these be purchased?

Any reason the admin would be extremely slow after activating this theme? Front end is fine, admin takes like 20 seconds to save or load anything.

Hi I’m trying to use the theme with a centered logo, and a ‘regular’ header style under header bottom appearance in the options panel. The logo is 250px in height and I have no other margins or padding set on any items in the header – I purposely have no menu in there yet. However, the header height is somehow enlarged to 383px, leaving a large amount of white space under my centered logo. http://www.mollycoddleservices.com/ Be grateful if you could take a look at this…I’ve tried putting 250px in all the different header height boxes in the options panel, but it only increases the amount of white space under the logo. Hi guys, I’ve moved my site to a Managed Wordpress web host, and it’s all gone smoothly with the exception of one issue – there is a line of code within the following file… /www/wp-content/plugins/eden-core/modules/ajax_mail.php (line 3) that seems to make a path assumption about where a WordPress resource file will be …. require( ’../../../../wp-blog-header.php’ ); ... and the host tells me that using a path like this is not reliable for many Managed WordPress host, and that I should enquire about this issue with the developer of the theme. Wondering if it is possible to have this reference changed so that it is not hard coded in, but uses a variable to determine the correct location? The host was not able to tell me what the correct reference should be.

Hello, We have a problem with accordions in jscomposer. It seems like, after updating the accordion option has been removed. However, there should be a newer option but nothing seems to be available. The old options is called “old accordion” and the sections “old sections”. I can see these old sections in the backend on the edit page, however nothing displays on the front end. We would rather want to use the new way of doing accordions in jscomposer, but it seems like these options are not available. How can we get the new functions for accordions to work on our site?
