Poor support. The theme is breaking because of pagination. 30+ emails have been exchanged and credentials been shared almost 3-4 times but they keep asking for the credentials. No resolution yet.

Hello guys, great theme, we have an issue with the mega menu showing subcategories with pictures. Our submenu have up to 9 subcategories with images. The submenu box tends to e very big (800px) and right aligned and therefore partially not visible in the browser window. We like to left align some of the mega menu submenus. How can that be achieved? Thank you in advance for your help.

I bought the theme because I found it beautiful and fast, I still have 4 months of support. Unfortunately the support is very slow !! So far I have opened 4 tickets in Codazon zendesk and one was closed "Solved" with no solution. I have an open ticket id #10787 which was created 3 days ago, even responding fast and asking for priority take days to give an answer that does not necessarily solve the problem. I would like to be wrong about the support and can change the qualification of the review if they can solve my problem.

There are bugs. If you try to move to production mode after you install the theme there are a lot of undefined parameters in var/view_preprocessed/css/frontend/Codazon/fastest_fashion/en_US/css/source/_typography.less.I wouldn't have give one star, if the staff would at least respond on Skype.

we cannot accept that a "Customer Support" answer you only one time in 2 days....we downloaded the theme from themeforest and when we installed it (we disabled every thirds party), it's not the same look as your demo store.We put our website in maintnance and the support doesn't matter they not aswering you.

I have used several templates for different platforms and just can say that there is nothing, in my opinion, as pretty as this theme Fastest, I originally bought it for Magento 2, however since that version has eliminated so many functionalities compared to Magento 1 I decided to go back to 1.9 and migrate my current shop (cherryblushes.co.uk) to a new one using Fastest (efashops.com). I can't wait to finish this project to enjoy my new beautiful online shop.

Not realy customable, not multi-shop function do some wired stuff after installation switch products between the shops.. It's not possible to change template color.. Menu is static and not possible to activate a dinamic one.. bad documentation.. it's not really worth to spend mony for this template...

I have waited for 6 days to get a reply and then the solutions provided did not work or other questions were not replied at all.It is amazing how fast you reply to comments and reviews in the forum and you ask for ticket id when in support nothing happens for days. Great customer Support give this theme a 5 start. There are bugs here and there but support is very good at giving you solutions. Very professional. I got 2 other themes from here and the support is very very bad that I decided to buy this one. if you own a eCommerce store you want a reliable support that you can count on. This is one that you can count on. 7-22-2016 I updated my Store with the new Megamenu update. This upgrade broke my menu and the Fastest thme support fix my issue ours later. I will keep updating this review as I finalize my store.

The theme is pretty good and can be customized. The customer support and documentation is some of the worst that can be found. Opening a support request will get an answer but the answer doesn't match the question asked. They obviously do not read the question and just echo standard script answers. If you run a multi-store site this theme is average. you have to really jump through hoops to get a unique multi-site theme for each site to work.

I've contacted the authors of this template a couple of times but could not use this template in a real life situation.It's a pretty nice template when you have 1 website, but when you have multiple storeviews, the chaos begins.Most things like the menu are built from custom blocks, and they are NOT overridable. I've tried a lot to build a multi storeview environment, but its not working at all with their design.To be able to have a multi storeview environment the developer told me i need to buy multiple licenses (what?), and have them setup everything for additional fees.I would shy away from this template if you have a multi store environment. even if its a multi store environment like i have with just a single brand, not having anything exotic, you will end up in quite some hassle.

Had an issue with the installation, but the developers of the theme got back to me and had the theme up in running properly in just two business days.

Very Unhappy :( The theme is not much flexible and doesn't support other well renowned extension like multivendor extension. There are compatibility issues. The support is not good too in this case.They mention in the theme description that they will provide the support in case of such compatibility but they don't care about it. I am very unhappy with this theme.

We paid for 1year support with the purchase of the Fastest Theme Magento and they just disappeared. They will just ignored your tickets and emails and just do not respond back. My oldest ticket #3133 dates back 3 months and Codazon has not responded back. They completely left us hanging.

Great simple theme utilising Magento's widget and block layouts. Menu creation works great and is easy with drag & drop. Customer support has been fast and has resolved my few small installation and learning issues.Documentation is lacking any helpful content and needs a bit of work, but their support team has answered my questions in a timely manner so far.All up, so far I'm pleased with this theme and their support for my 3 stores.

Worst customer support ever!! Don't buy theme from theme, customer support respond over 24 hours and looking at 48 hours, and it's working day, not weekends. They won't let you know if there's problem unless you ask them the progress. SUCKS BIG TIME!!

We've worked with a couple of Magento theme developers over the years, and this one is the most responsive to our questions and problems that we've experienced to date. The theme looks really great - though there is a learning curve for sure. But we've found Codazon to be consistently responsive, their support has been next business day in almost all cases (we're in USA, I believe they're in Vietnam, so 12 hours time difference).We've had several instances where we've wanted customization, and they've helped us for what seem very fair prices. We're completely satisfied!

Really bad documented and source files do not create an easy install. Do not buy this if you want a quick implementation for your webshop.

Buggy theme and poor support. Support acts dumb like they don't understand your problem. Theme is too large and complicated.

I've used this theme to create a production website, and after working to customize it the code quality is very apparent. I am using Magento 1.9.3 so I can't say for code for Magento 2.x.To start, all the CSS styles for all the different themes are stored in one large 500KB style css file. Since 2014 with the introduction of parent/child themes in Magento 1.9, themes could build upon themes, which should have been done here. Why Codazon didn't is just odd and poorly optimized.The Blog extension used from AheadWorks is a few versions behind and doesn't support updated SEO practices. After contacting support they said they had no plans to update it.The Mega Menu doesn't work at all for me.The QuickShop function has issues with the product image slider under certain layout settings.However the caching system, the frontpage OWL sliders and product page image sliders work impressively well. The styling of the pages is also done very nicely.The bottomline: If the code quality was better this would be a great theme. Even if it had only 1/2 the functionality, I would pay x2 the price if it was done well.

After updating to 2.1.2 I had many JS issues. Customer support simply said to reinstall Mangeto entirely and use PHP 7. My payment provider only supported PHP 5.6 so PHP 7.0 wasn't a option. Customer support also said PHP 5.6 isn't supported anymore sins 2.1.x which isn't true: http://devdocs.magento.com/magento-system-requirements.html

Code very clean, theme very easy to use and it's fix perfect on any device. You can easily update any part of the theme without coding. A+

I am really overwhelmed by the support they offered. I had an issue with product loading it is because of my previous installation, but they took the trouble and solved it for me. I don't think any developer would fix which is not because of them. Extremely happy with the support.

Bugs in installation files. Installation won't work if you have prefixed table names. Support is pathetic when you need them the most.

The quick shop was not working and products were not adding to the cart. Once I informed you guys edited some source and fixed it.The plugin author wants to know what are the files modified in your last edit. Great Customer Support! We need some extensions integration in sportswear theme and ask to Codazon. The make a great work and very quickly. They always answer in few time, many thanks to Luis and all Codazon team.

Their support ticket system runs on 48 hours cycle from question to response. They are not responsive even with the incentive of paying for their time. The theme superset has issues with multi-website multi-store environments wherein the websites are assigned different sub themes. Deployment generates css sheets where the primary theme colors overwrite subtheme style sheets element color styles. I am about 4 weeks into looking at this in a dev environment. Not sure I want to take it into production..

one step checkout it appears twice on the backend as (genera configuration and options) and again as (general and customization), which makes the checkout page messy.

Hi, The Instagram feed is not showing up on website. I generated new access token and re-tried, but the console still shows the error ‘URL signature expired’. When we set to use ‘User ID’ instead of access-token, it is showing the post-thumbnails without image. We are using similar integration on another domain, so not sure what is missing here. What could possibly be missing?

Hello, please explain how to change the main breakpoints correctly in your theme scope. If I follow the Magento guidelines change the breakpoints and copy the _responsive.less to the theme folder not all style-l and style-m css files will switch related to amended breakpoints. I also did setup:upgrade, reindex and deployed all files, but there are several elements in your theme that don’t respond. I found out that for example in your Magento_Search/templates/form.mini.mobile.phtml there is a fixed value of 768px where the mobile search will be loaded, but there are still a lot of elements that doesn’t respond to the breakpoint adjustments(mobile menu, category filter, footer elements, some elements on product detail page,...) I can see in developer console that some breakpoints changed to the new breakpoints but there are a lot of min- and max-width that are still on the old breakpoints, and the necessary stlye-m.min.css and style-l.min.css don´t get deployed correctly? Any hint or help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to be a bug with the option to Enable One Step Checkout per scope store view. It does only activate once you choose scope default or website view scope. This makes it impossible to choose different checkout per store view.

Although late, they reply to us and resolve the problem. They also fixed some our configuration errors and carried out not included work in the support so, for our point of view, they have recovered the lost time.

Hello, I will buy the support and will open the ticket about the issue, but currently I have installed latest magento and installed latest fastest theme. Issue is that when I add menu it doesn not appear on the front page. I do following: I make new menu in codazon menu manager, in the menu I insert category list from widget menu next I block and next widget cms static type and under widget options I select the created static block and flush cache and reindex but the menu does not appear. Hi guys there is some issue with your onestep checkout page. It does not load the correct VAT for different countries and we have to go back to either the cart page to see the correct rate or refresh the checkout page twice. For example checkout page will show the VAT for default country but if a customer changes the country then your extension does not load VAT for that country and if we go back to default country then the same thing happens. Obviously it is bad experence for the customers which leads to abandoned cart. We tested VAT rates on default Magento theme and it loads all rates correctly. Please test at your end and release update to fix this bug.

They have the worst costumer support i have ever seen. I have a bug issue in the mobile menu they dont even answer my tickets. I do not recommend do not purchase from them they will not help you if you have an issue. I spent my 100$ as a lesson for others

basic support can be tricky, they place lots of emphasis on optional customisation fee. documentation is average. But the theme offers lots of functionalities and possibilities.
