Hi, Quick question: I had the previous version of the CrossWay theme installed on my WordPress site but my site crashed a while ago and my hosting company said an outdated theme was causing the problem. I had tried to update it but it seems that the theme has been discontinued so I bought this edition of the CrossWay theme today. Will it still work with all my content from the previous theme. And if so, how do I install it to my WordPress site, please? Many thanks. PK

Hi, tatihalabi, thanks for purchasing my template, you’ve bought the HTML template so there’s no really “installation” required just unzip the main file you’ve downloaded from Themeforest and after unziping you have your all template ready to be used. Choose the layout which you will use in project make all necessary changes and copy all the content related to the layout that interests you in to your www or public_html directory on your server or local computer using FTP client or File Manager (or similar). When I add a page. It does not have the same borders (look) as the other original pages. Why is that? and how do I fix it? For example, the “about us” page has borders on the sides that centers the format of the page. I am trying to install the theme and it is not working as it say it is missing the style.css Can you please advise how can I install the theme?

I had purchased the theme and the contact form seems not be working, as I do not receive a message when I fill out the form. I tried to insert 2 types of email to receive a response (local and gmail), I had also contacted our server to see the there is anything preventing the sendmail function from being executed. And it is still do not work. Once I fill out the form, it says that the email were sent, but I never receive the email. Can you please help?

I’ve already bought this Theme when it was at sale by Whoathemes/qodux. I need to download the last version and Themeforest informs that the author deleted the theme. Please could you give me instructions to be added as customer of this item? I have no problem in sending you my license data for the theme, but you can confirm so by my username in this comment.
