Tons of features don't work, and all the support team does is repeatedly ask for FTP access. They are not helpful. Also, my original download didn't have all the plugins it was supposed to.

This theme was built as bait. Looks good on the outside. Loads upon loads of bugs. Reported the issue, they just apologized and did not offer any incite on the issue.

Great design, but there's a bug in the testimonial job title yet to be fixed, the footer and logo aren't ready for translation, and the support team takes time to answer.
