Hi, I’m trying to make a change, one of two ways. First, I want to either alter it so the feature image for each post can be removed on each individual post but remain on the homepage; or 2nd option: make the feature image on the post a gallery. Just updated to v. 1.6.0 and Wordpress 4.8.1 and seem to have lost some functionality. It’s telling me my “support for this item” has expired, but I thought I’d ask anyway: 1. Regarding the chess layout: Formerly I could set it up so that the 4 most recent posts appeared in the chess layout and the 5th most recent post appeared just beneath that. Now it wants to repeat the 4 most recent posts immediately below. Is there a way around this to avoid redundancy? 2. When removing date and byline visibility from posts, the forward slash ”/” (formerly between date and byline) remains within the chess layout. So you get a floating forward slash instead of nothing. 3. Any options to hide a particular category of posts from publishing on the homepage? I used to use WP Hide Post but now that plugin is causing all sorts of problems. Happy to pay for answers if that’s how it works. Love this theme. Thank you!!!!

An update: We updated the Polylang plugin, and now the video thumbnails on the category page, and inside the articles are showing. The only problem is that some video thumbnails on the category page http://www.thessalonikinfo.gr/category/video-channel/ are the default YouTube ones, instead of being taken from the video. Any ideas why?

Hello, We have a problem with showing video posts on our Old Paper based site. At first, some video posts didn’t show a video preview on the category page list, but the video was showing inside the article as usual. We updated to the latest WP and Old Paper, and now the videos are gone from both the category listing and article. Any ideas? The site is http://thessalonikinfo.gr

Hi, I got a live system running an older version of the theme. Now I set up a staging environment where I want to test the latest version with the latest WP version – the problem is, that I don´t see the old paper customizer options. How comes? I need to test it before bringing it live…

No I can´t. I had to change your theme one year ago because I had no answer. I purchased your theme on 9 july 2015 and I spend 46 dollars. I saw there were a lot of users with the same problem, so I decided to buy another theme (I am very pleased about that, but I didn´t get reimbursed for the money I spent ). However I hope you have been solved that issue to offer a good service. At least I have received a very quick and reasonable response. Thank you.

What is the current version of this theme? I have 1.5.1 & am running into issues with the latest WP. Unfortunately my support has expired. What does the hive-mind think, renew and get the December version, or put the $ to a different theme?

The worst theme than the ones we have find. Is not supported! Don´t Buy it! Is Forewarned is forearmed.

I’m hoping this theme is updated soon. I love it. I want to comment though that the down arrows in the main menu does not show for logged out users. It shows an empty box instead.
