My support has apparently lapsed, however, I too am getting the error of the Revolution Slider not being able to be installed because it’s missing from your server. Please advise or provide a link to where I can download and install. I cannot submit tickets to your site even after verifying the purchase, but I don’t need support, I just need you to add the file back to your server so it can install automatically which doesn’t require support repurchasing.
Exact error is:

HI there, I’ve been using this theme for about two years without a problem – But lately the site went down due to an error with slider revolution. There’s some issue being caused because of which i can’t turn the plugin on. Can you advice as to what needs to be done? Slider revolution asked me to get in touch with you. PS> everything in the backend is upto date.

I have a website ready to go live and I can’t because the schedule form postcode doesn’t work. I can’t change headings of the sidebar widgets and have been trying to get in touch to resolve it all this week. The support is so slow and there are errors in the theme due to which I am suffering.
Would appreciate proper support and resolution of the issues I’m facing so that I can go live with this website.

Hi, I want to ask 2 questions:
- Does your theme support sticky Menu?
- In the Page Shop, i want to add a left side categories bar (like the one in each detailed product). Is it possible to do it ?

I reported a bug because Opal Schedule Service feature does not sends a notification email when a service is requested. After more that 10 weeks they say they were working on it but until know it hasn't been solved. No one answers the tickets. Very poor support. If this is a feature you like of the theme, it doesn't work!!

Fair warning: As of March 11, 2019, the Rich Reviews plugin has been removed from Wordpress support and is no longer available. Because this theme REQUIRES Rich Reviews be installed for several aspects of it, many demo pages do not currently work.

It is the worst theme I have bought from themeforest so far with a pathetic kind of page builder. I don't even know why they make so fancy kind of demos (which you can't even download when you have buy the theme) and give a list of features,which don't function properly. Wrote an email to the customer support, which at first did not even understand what I have asked and then later referred me to submit a ticket, why do you provide an email than if you aren't going to entertain queries there?

Very nice looking theme and schedule service form is unique but I have concerns about this form sending emails to admin and customer when the form is submitted and also when the request confirmed, because there are a few people complaining here that form does not send emails.
Also, last update shows April 19 but your changelog doesnot reflect this update. Is this theme fully compatible with latest wordpress?
