Love the design, I was unable to get the demo3 loaded like some of the other comments and submitted a ticket. They were quick to respond and helped me get everything loaded. Awesome team and great product! Look forward to your future themes for future sites!

Horrible customer support by some chinese guys who does not even understand english and need ages to answer back. They ar not just slow in answering, but their answers are completely useless. They really seem lost and clueless when trying to fix an issue. The theme is Full of bugs and issues. Most functionalities (like the map showing the most relevant places arround) do not work well at all. The theme is a mess and it shouldnt be sold for such high price. A real shame

There are some page such as portfolio and apartment dỏn't have any design and did not show on live preview. Additionally, it has stupid mega menus

The theme looks good on the outside but on the inside I struggled to fix all the bugs. They helped me in the beginning but then stopped responding to support. I went to a client meeting and the theme didn't work. I would recommend it

After the installation when I arrived the demo importer, nothing is there...so I tried to upload the XML file, but it gives a lot of error...

I should be able to have a basic website up and running in about a day with a purchased WP theme. At least that is my experience with the half dozen or so other themes I use. This one is just poorly written. I loaded the sample content, spent the entire day setting up a site, deleted sample content that was not needed (through the WP editor provided, not manually) and the site is now broken. 8 hours of work and I have a site that is now down until I wade through PHP files to fix the problem. If I can even fix it that is. So much unnecessary content and options for a basic real estate website.Fatal error: Class 'RWMB_Field' not found in /wp-content/plugins/opalsingleproperty/inc/fields/mapping-view.php on line 2Never had this type of issue with any other theme from Themeforest. Not recommended.

Theme was for me great, because of its flexibility and great design. Besides that I got some great service form Customer Support to tweak some details in the theme. Great work.

This theme is rather hard to customize as lots of elemets are hardcoded within numerous php files so my best way to customize it was to use a text search tool within the whole template folder with file by file tries to change various things.Also a King Composer's plugin which is used by the theme author as a WYSIWYG editor is rather pathetic with lots of unpredictable mistakes and bugs.At the end of the day this theme is looking very cute and have a lot of built-in features that fancy me with my customer. Also the support team is pretty patient. Even though they made me mad many times at least we fixed 99% of bugs and helped with a lot of stuff I had no idea what to do with.Anyway, this theme is not a piece of cake to work with so you must think twice if you really need to purchase it. It will require three times more hours to make something really suitable for you. Especially when you want to have the website on the different language, not English.
