Really bad support … took 6 day for Edward Rony Mridha get back to me, then he looks at site #3 and says that everything is fine… When the issue is really with theme #2, did not even tried to look at his own template online. I really want my money back at this point… I’m really disappointed with seller.

I purchased joomla verison but it looks like does not support multilanguage. Because menu names are not coming from admin area. You entered their names directly into mainnav.php file only in English and there is not any solution to use different names when language is swtiched. Also I cannot place language switcher module to mainnav area. Another problem is that, after doing a little modification in mainnav.php file I began to get LESS compile error like this: Template Less structure was not compatible with T3 compiler I can only browse website if I turn off developer mode. I tried to replace mainnav.php file with original one but did not work. How can use multilanguage with your template? If this is not possible I request refund. Regards

Hi I don’t understand where the canvas animation for skills is generated. When I edit something even just text content , the canvas and the circle image dissapearr!! and when i unpublish a different module same happen?

There is a problem with theme #2, the background change animation will not work on IE11, I have a Windows 8.1, all other browsers works just fine, that was the main reason that I got this template in the first place, if there is no fix I will have to ask for a money back, I’m sorry. Thank you.

Great support by Edward. I just can recommend his work and support. People behind the template have a lot of work I guess but stick to their commitment- great work ethic – I appreciate Edwards help a lot. Needless to say that I liked the design as well very much. Problems on Flatto Template installation Good Morning, I’ve bought the Flato Template, and I extract the files in ..\1. Flato_Quick_Start\Flato_Joomla_Template_2 for upload it using Filizilla, when I uploaded it to my server I proceed with the installation steps. but when i end the joomla instalation, i go to the site page and it looks like the template where not being installed, I go to the administrator (backend) of joomla and in the Template manager flato was not visible as if it had not been installed,but when i look in the server using filezilla in the template folder the flato_joomla folder was already uploaded, after that I have uploaded the template using the extensions manager It doesn’t work untill I install T3 framework in the extensions manager, so i think that there are a several problem whith the installation file, because all the plugins, components and other itmes were not available to use, but all this itmes are in every folder… In conclusion the template doesn’t work well i cant see more than a black template but all the example issues show in the demo view don’t work.
