When you go to your site for support on you rwebsite and click on support/custom jobs tab it only shows a number? is there no way to sumbit a ticket? The slider is not functional on the home page of the template and I have just purchased

I updated my theme to the latest version, however, my animations and shortcodes aren’t working now, and I am receiving the message that I need the Unik plugin, but the link for the plugin returns a 404 error. How can I get the plugin and fix the update? WhatsApp isn’t working on my phone, I need another way to reach you.

Outdated! Should be removed. Who even uses WPBakery these days. Also this hasn’t been updated over a year.
