Hi ThemeModern!
We bought your ARC theme about 2 weeks ago and we’d like to have support for the about page.
We need the carousel with the team (Meet the Team) to show only 2 persons. If we remove the others and leave 2, they are not centered but shown in a grid of 3 on the left and middle. We’d like to have the 2 centered on a desktop screen and mobile. We tried all kind of Bootstrap classes, but none worked…

Using IE11, the following image is displayed as a square instead of a triangle. Appears fine, as a triangle, on Chrome:

My hosting company said my domain-name/#contact page was being used to send spam and recommends adding a strong captcha to prevent abuse. Has anything like that been added to the template since my purchase? Or do I need to do that myself?

Hi, I am facing slider issue for homepage v2.
When I score down the page and the slider image changing to the next image, then when I move up, the slider images won’t load full, it only load half of it. I have to wait the slider change to another image, then only it load full.

I have purchased the template with code 5ec05673-5015-40bf-b2ee-294825da0f4f on 6th of March, 2017. The two additional about templates are missing. In http://templates.thememodern.com/architect/home_4.html this page as you see there are additional about pages but in template that I bought those pages are missing.

I cant install the theme, the video is differnet from the theme content,
I get either the link has expired or The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.
I found this really annoying every time I buy a theme from you guys I have to go through many difficulties to just install it. Please help me out my clients are waiting!

Im facing the problem in installation process. As I try to instal this theme the Wordpress show error, which says,”Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description
Architect-HTML Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”
How can I install this theme which I paid for it. Help!
