I have a WordPress/WooCommerce webshop that runs on Flatsome. I have purchased this domain and fully functioning webshop about 8 months ago. Since January of 2022 my theme displays a Theme Registration Error in my WP Dashboard: The purchase code is already registered on another site. Please go to your account and manage your licenses. In order for me to fix this error I have registered an Envato account, but I can’t seem to get it right / link it to my website. I really need help with this, as I have researched many blogs around this exact topic, contacted Flatsome through the contact forms, but can’t seem to get it right. I am ofcourse ready to purchase an Envato license for 59 dollar, but I need to make sure that it will be linked to my website. However, I can’t seem to create an account that corresponds with my webshop. The agency that build the website in the first place and is perhaps owner of the account: Agency6. I have had contact with Agency6, but they recommend registering at Envato, because they don’t service the website, so they don’t manage this license. After I registered at Envato, there is nothing for me to do in my dashboard. I’m struggling to understand how Envato fits into Flatsome and can help me re-register my Flatsome theme (the correct way). I am hoping for someone to call me or e-mail me, to help me with this and get my site sorted so I can continue updating and using Flatsome the right way. Please contact me. Thank you in advance. You can also vote on an existing feature/design request or submit a request here for a new feature/design you want to see on Flatsome. Top rated features/designs will be included in our developer’s to-do list.

If I don’t specify an image or a color for a banner, it takes the main color as a background, how can I make it transparent ? I have a section>row>banner inside a row, and I want the banner the have a transparent background so only the sections background shows.
