I can't change the theme option. The support team reply my tickets so slowly, about 5 to 7 days or dont answer me. Whenever I want change something, I have to sent the user and password to them and wait for a long time. I cant change my website by myself, it's not fair.

A lot of bugs in php. Poor css. Problems with http://themazine.com/ in dummy xml site url with https, certificate on site with content not installed.
