Thank you for purchasing Finely. In order to add a phone number field to the contact form, quite a few files need to be changed. I used the template, configured the subscription with API Key + the list IDs and put the functionality of the subscription in “true” mode, but it does not work … it does not save the contacts in the mailchimp list.

Hi,
I have set the “Subscribe” section code for the Mailchimp list according to the documentation provided but it doesn’t work. The console throws and error of ‘Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)’ and the website never displays and error or succes message. The JavaScript console on Chrome says that the error is on the subscribe.php file. I changeg the permission’s server from 0755 to 0775 but still not working. Any thoughts on what is causing the problem?

My subscribe form just keeps spinning once i click the check button. I have checked with my webhost company and they assured me the infomation I have put in the settings.php is correct.
