Page Builder is not functional at my site. I can add new elements, but – when I click the gear – the screen freezes. At this point, I can’t update using essential Music Club functionality. I’ve tried logging in/out, re-starting, and deactivating all plugins. Can you advise?

Hi, do you know why I cannot access the orange edit (gear) icons anymore. The screens freezes when I click on them, the dialogue box/popup does not open. Help please, thanks!

Hello ,
I have been using your theme for past 1 year but now i have come across a major issue .I have some releases whose titles are long and because of that the whole look of the album section has changed and looks weird .The icons are off place in some title tracks .

Hello! I have a problem in the homepage and configuration. The images and albums disappeared from the beginning. When I want to edit the page, I press the configuration button in each module and it does not show me the options. I deleted everything and reinstalled the template only with the original plugins and the same happens in the latest version. Help, please!

Hi there,
I’m helping develop a website using this theme.
12 months ago we installed a form with payment facilities which worked fine.
Recently however the form isn’t working, and I’ve traced it back to the theme. There is a console error:
Uncaught typeError: Cannot read property ‘msie’ of undefined:
And it goes on to specify a JavaScript file (under themes/musicclub/ etc) that is causing the issue.
Please can you advise how we can resolve this
(The form works when the theme is not used)
We’re using theme version 1.3 and the issue still persists with all plugins disabled, it’s definitely a theme issue.

Mayebe I installed the wrong zipfile? Please tell me what is the name of the correct zipfile to install?
