I downloaded this theme from Envato Elements and have been facing problems ever since. Your plugin Architect Visual Composer addon is conflicting with Wpbakery Visual Composer and as a result it’s not letting any background image to appear in any section i create. When i disable your plugin the background image is back…..can you help me with this ?

The website design is great but the customer support is very poor. You should consider it when buying anything from them. If the template is right what you want, go ahead.

Hello I just bought your templatye “Arc” and it was installed correctly but when I try to import the demo I get the following error message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wordpress_importer_init() (previously declared in /home/customer/www/lau-ent.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/wordpress-importer.php:51) in /home/customer/www/lau-ent.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ot-themes-one-click-import/importer/wordpress-importer.php on line 1218

What have you guys done to this theme!!! Its a mess. Can’t update the shop layout the new theme load just messes up the website. Everything is showing in code instead of visual composer. Honestly its completely useless now!

I extremely love this theme. It looks proffessional and luxury. A good combination of style and fonts, layout...I always recommend my friends for this theme. The author gave me a very great customer support.
