Hey, Just purchased the theme, cant install “AP Quick View” + “Ap Multilanguage” – “The page youʼre looking for canʼt be found” can you assist please?

Good afternoon. I have purchased and installed this theme, however, the product image zoom doesn’t seem to work correctly. When a product loads the second image is displayed. When you click on the first image the product image goes blank and a zoomed copy appears at the top left of the screen. This problem is in multiple browsers.

Hello, I’m interested in purchasing this theme but I’m concerned about the mobile view. When I view the home page slider on my mobile phone, the words are so tiny I can’t read them. Do you have an updated demo where the words are legible? Or is this how it behaves on mobile?

Hi there, So I just downloaded this theme, installed it in my shopify. Problem is my logo offsets the top search bar, so they are not aligned. I can send you a picture of what it looks like, I have played around with resizing of my logo, but I think it is a bug. Is there somewhere you can direct me in editing that top header area so I can reduce the size to fit of the header to align and not be so high. Look forward to the response.

Hi, I have changed different pre-orders emails with your support. I have received recommendations about this theme that I don’t need to buy a multi-language app because it’s included in the purchase. I have downloaded a .zip theme where all the files are outdated (2017), with 6 versions in a folder v1.1. The documentation doesn’t include any suggestion for the installation. Second point: once a time I have installed one of the zip available, in the Configuration Panel I have found a link Apollo Theme Configuration to install Multi-language. When I click on this link, I open the Apollo Framework Home Page. I have to pay 9,00$ or more to install. Why? What means? Best SL

Hi, I seem to be having a problem with the Theme I bought from you. 1 – Variants in products once clicked to different variant, the shadowed box disappears so I can’t tell which variant I have clicked on. 2 – The box behind the navigatiion text seems to be too large and there is no way of resizing it within the options provided. 3 – Within the Pages tab, there is no way to set it to a certain collection. For example, I have 3 different Collections that I am using and have created a drop down menu for them. But when I click on the main Product Title, it will just give me a blank page. When I try enabling the Collections page to link up, it will only give me the option to use pages from the Template Suffix drop down menu. Please let me know. Thanks Bader Norris

We're in the process of moving to Shopify and found this theme. It wasn't the look that we were looking for being an Weather station retailer, however, it was so customisable that we've been able to produce something exactly to our specification.At one point we had a image zoom problem, but a message to support and overnight it was tweaked and fixed. What a fantastic team, so helpful and so responsive.Thank you.
