Great customer support. It was for something stupid that was giving me fits. They were fast and helpful. I imagined them to have beards and American flag t-shirts on with flip flops and lots of little people running around taking orders while they steadily chugged monster energy drinks and held machine guns while sitting on a pile of smurfs. Buy their theme now.

I have continued to contact support with no response. I get a generic message each time asking for ftp user and login.I have sent this but now have no response to my issues.I have the following issues;1. DGT Global Theme Options - Typography does not work. Drop downs do not display google fonts since last wordpress upgrade 2. Page options will no longer save since last upgrade. As a result i can't save any page settings. 3. The Woocommerce pages are out of date. I sent screenshots and clear detail - but no response.The theme itself is ok but still requires a lot of CSS customisation to look professional. Better off with a standard site with donation plugin. ZERO support.

Didn`t answer my expectations and in my case in real condition this theme isn`t so flexible and customizable . Some little changes results to all view and relocate some of elements and have to fix them after that. Some changes did`t results to the real page, like text fonts and colors. So, I`ve just lost some money and days without even a step forward, so bought another them and for the some days and less money , the site was almost ready. It`s look beautiful theme, but in my case , not the right choise.

This Charity Theme is amazing. I looked at others but none of them were are full featured or tightly integrated. With this Soraka - Charity/Non-profit Organization WordPress Theme, I was able to build a "custom" site for our Saint Bernard Charity in a matter of a couple of days. I did contact the developer due to the inability to turn off the raised/goal text in the "causes" feature and they were able to provide an immediate solution for this. The integration of the PayPal feature is clean and professional. I am an absolutely satisfied customer and will look to DGT-Themes first as I build new sites. Thank you DGT-Themes!

It was difficult to choose main reason, as I felt I had issues with more 75% topics mentioned in the list. I had very bad experience with the theme and the very poor support quality. I raised a ticket week ago with high importance and I felt, every time support team to got back without reading the issue properly. It was very frustrating. I would not recommend this theme to a developer or to a team, who wants to customise the theme in the future. I felt, It is very good neat design theme for ready to use the application only.

Nice Theme, with a good design and lots of possibilities. But the support is really low and slow. There is only one guide for installation, no other documentation to solve problems. So you are more or less on your own, specially if things don´t work like the theme promise it.

Great support, very helpful and responds in less than 24hrs. Theme is easy to customize and flexible.

I am using this theme in march 2021 and I can’t setup the donation option on causes, any tips on how to make the popup appears when the “Donate now” button is clicked will help a lot, thank you already for the answers. $oraka is awesome! The demo import was a breeze (and even comes with all the images!) and it's very user friendly to work with and the one issue I had (needed more menu tabs across), support fixed for me via FTP AMAZING!

I had a issue installing the demo content caused by unknown reasons. Via the Dragonstheme Care Center I got an instant reply to my request, followed by a supported install by the helpdesk. Awesome service and a beautiful, strong theme!

Extremely fast customer support - within minutes I got an answer and within a few messages the support already added some functionality for me on my site.

The author went above and beyond to help us deal with some of the short comings of the theme that we could not edit. Seriously helpful. Never found anyone this willing to work out every issue we wanted.

The template is super easy to use and has all the features a non profit would look for. The DGT customer support is fabulous as well. They help you out to fix any issue on the site. Its the best $59 i have spent on a wordpress template.

When installing demo content I get a message: Field install-demo-content could not be displayed. Field type dgt_importer was not found. How do I get the demo content (home-1) in it?

Be careful, after a while the support of this theme simply ABANDONS you and ignores your requests. Icons don't appear on my site, it's been a while, and typography has NEVER worked. I got in touch with the support in march and still has problems today. It's 17 days left to finish the support. That must be why they don't give more importance after winning the 5 stars. Today I would change my review.

After bugs I asked for a refund as I have a deadline and dont have time to beta test their product for them. They refused and wasted my time with a bunch of messages begging me to let them help me???? I dont have time to spend the next 3 days waiting for them to fix a product that should work. Especially when I paid 60 freaking dollars for it. Dont buy this.
