Tried to automatically update from the previous version to 4.0 and it destroyed all my settings and slider. Fortunately I backed up before. How come?

Hi, Everything was working as expected until activating WooCommerce 2.6.x (which is listed as compatible with this theme). Upon activating WooCommerce, the Revolution Slider is now broken (sliders will not render) and the revolution slider interface is now showing the following fatal error: Fatal error: Call to a member function get_price_html() on boolean in /home/rawspiri/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slide.class.php on line 1314 We are on the latest version of WordPress (4.7.2) and there are no 3rd party plugins other than WooCommerce and those packaged with this theme that would be causing the issue. Is there a patch or a plugin update that needs to be manually applied? Please advise and thanks!

Is your support page down? I’m having a problem with some of the live import elements coming in as “failed to import….”. Its happening to about 1/3 of the items. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, The Revolution Slider on our site is broken (will not render) because the plugin is unable to load the Vimeo api. Slider is showing the following error: “Vimeo Api Could not be loaded !” Multiple JS console errors are occurring in the Slider Revolution and themepunch.revolution plugin files: (anonymous) @ jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js?ver=5.4.8:7 jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js?ver=5.4.8:7 Vimeo Api Could not be loaded ! Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘is_mobile’ of undefined at revolution.extension.actions.min.js?ver=5.4.8:8 at revolution.extension.actions.min.js?ver=5.4.8:8 We are on the latest version of WordPress (4.9.8), have latest version of the Growler Brewery theme installed (3.9), and our Slider Revolution plugin is up-to-date (5.4.8). Hey there, couple questions: 1. I saw where you can add a link instead of the light box for beers but I can’t figure out how to do this. I would like to just have it link to the URL of the beer item where I can include tasting notes and pairing suggestions. 2. Is it possible to install a secondary menu? For example, in addition to the dropdown on a specific page visitors would see “tabs” or “links” in a menu format horizontally across the top of the screen. Any help?
