Hi, I’d like a refund for this theme – nothing seems to work properly from the Revolution Slider Fatal Error to the Demo content import.. I think it’s time to retire this one.

So here’s my problem. I followed the instructions that were provided. It’s no rocket science where to find the files and what to import etc. I mean i was able to follow the all of the instructions however when trying to use the demo set ups it just simply does not work.

Is this the best channel for support? I opened 2 tickets on the UX support page and never got any answer.

So it looks like this developer no longer offer solution to the product, Followed step by step on the documentation and it simply does not work. I could understand if i did something wrong but this is not an first theme i installed. Waste of money on my end.
