Hi Dan,
I have asked a similar question a year back, but again encountering the same problem.
Firstly, how do i upgrade my theme?
Secondly the WPBakery Page Builder for WordPress plugin is giving me trouble again, even after installing the latest theme.zip.
Any direction would be highly appreciated as this makes the theme not usable on my side.

QUESTION – Can the administrator receive applications first to review them and decide if they are appropriate to be accepted to be sent further to home owner, or rejected before any potential home owner sees it? Regards
