Hello, I have problems to load the template, no message appears when I install within the specific requirements in the help document it says: Compatible with version Joomla: Joomla 3.x - installed on my computer joomla 3.3 Compatible with K2 Component. installed on my computer K2_v2.6.9 Compatible with Acy Mailing Component. installed on my computer com_acymailing_starter_v4.9.4_2015-09-27_05-16-52 Installation Packages include: Quickstart Package—-not completed loading remains in half. Template package only---this installation and did not appear to load the template not have any error, but does not appear in the list of inserts. Extensions package from our store --this installation and did not appear to load the template not have any error, but does not appear in the list of inserts. I’m using a server wamserver, use localhost. please especificame if I have any error and the correct way to load the template.

hi i bought the theme today quick installation joomla 3.9 version but I updated 3.9.16 with joom now the theme did not work your theme is not compatible for above 3.9x ?

I paid money for this template, and I’m stuck with an unremovable link at the footer of my page? If I don’t receive a message looking to resolve this issue in a timely manner, I’ll notify Envato of your poor business ethics and breach of license. It’s clearly stated in section ten of the Envato Market license agreement that: ”...Although you can modify the Item and therefore delete unwanted components before creating your single End Product,....” Since I have paid for it, and this is NOT free software protected by the GNU/GPL, or OSI licenses, you have no right to sell me this templates license with UNREMOVABLE content. Per the license agreement, it is my RIGHT to modify any portion of this template, so long as it’s not redistributed. Seriously??

I was able to setup this templete on wampserver (localhost), but when installing it on remote server, or uploading to server it will be successful, admin will work fine but front end will not load fine, it shows without css styling, not loading resources. Firebug shows “NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error” pls i need immediate response. is unfortunate that even the comment i made earlier i no response yet
