I am interested to create a Free car AD site with option for front end AD submissions as well as user pay for Featured Ads with PayPal. I understand WordPress as a CMS system, but not Joomla. Please help me understand whether your Joomla “template” installs and interacts with Joomla CMS much the same as wordpress “theme” does under WordPress or not? Or, in other words, is your template more like a static HTML template or does it install into Joomla to create a functioning auto classifieds (CMS) type of site without extra coding by site owner?
