Hey! Last time it took weeks to answer my questions via mail so I ask here…And don`t tell give me that “Please email to [email protected] for help” c.p. No one has time to wait weeks for an answer. You guys took out full navigation from the sidebar? What we have left now is some clicked categories on the sidebar. Let’s find a solution to how we can get our sidebar with full navigation back? It’s a must feature. I had never bought that theme without it and you guys just take that away and even not explain anything. For days I tried to find a solution. HOW CAN I GET BACK FULL NAVIGATION? Any fixes? Don’t take away our choice…You should get more features with the update not less. Can’t update to Electro 8 now because of this and old Electros… Wishlist and compare do not work properly. Impossible to make it work like this! Thanks!

I feel compelled to leave a review because the quality of this theme is just awesome. From the Customizability to the Code quality, it's all there. I have downloaded other themes and when I went to customize some of the coding, I really noticed how organized everything was. A few more files could have been minified, but otherwise the quality of this theme is a 5 star. Perhaps the theme could have a bit more sections for the users who aren't familiar with coding, but the template is still just great. Thank you!

I'm very happy with the Electro theme on Shopify. It has a lot of built-in customization that makes my site feel unique. I like simple design but not cookie cutter. The support is excellent. As we are running more online stores we are using more different themes. For the last one ( www.shop.si ) we choose Electro. At the beginning we were a bit confused as they use some different approach, but within a week we fell in love with it. It is full of features, clear code, great solutions. As we have more than 100.000 (600.000 variants) products in our store filters are very important. I contacted Arenatheme support and their response were quick and professional. All our request was done within few days. We will definitely use this theme for some more stores and I deeply recommend it.

The Electro theme to me has a professional design and quality that allows many custom alterations for free by doing it yourself with an easy to follow menu when editing your theme.The customer support is awesome and quick to respond. if you want to make custom changes in your code and you are unable to do it yourself these guys know what they are doing and they do it at a reasonable price. Just make sure to email them and let them know when you have their access turned on because shopify is not automated to let them know. They sent me a link to turn it on but after that it stays in your shopify permissions and you can turn it on or off at will. So if you need them a second time it is best to turn permissions on before emailing them with your request. This saves time and they will work on your request right away.I have had a good experience with arenathemes and give them 5 stars so far....

Easy to edit theme to own company branding. Always complimented by customers about the deign which is always a huge bonus. Used Arena Support many times and they've always delivered no matter how big or small. Definitely worth the extended warranty.

Installing your own program which one does not approved by the shopify, and through which I do not see what information you are looking at. You don`t understand what it means "style-panel" in 3.0 theme. Because I wanted to use the old theme 3.0 until you correct BUG in 4.0 theme. The theme is very slow... and so on....
