Having massive trouble with this in mail chimp. It wont save any work I do…just spent 3 hours writing a newsletter only to save it for later, just come back and all I have is a header and footer and 7 generic create your own template boxes instead of the boxes I put in…..its done this twice on me now…..why doesn’t it save????

Hi.
I see you fixed the responsive issue, that’s great.
I found you removed yahoofix and added -handle to img class in css.
What other changes are made to make it responsive?
I edited the original version color and nav link, some padding etc. It would be much easier for me to make the change you added then to re edit the whole template over again with my minor edits I made.

Hi,
great product. Clean code, nice style!
We change the featured-bg,png to our own picture. We used Photoshop (Elemtents and CS) and we also used the PSD template.
BUT the background image is not showing in the full width in Outlook 2010.
If we use the original image (the camera) it works fine!
I have no idea what the difference is.
Maybe you can help.

Hi!
I have uploaded the template in mailchimp as per your video instructions, but when i try to do a campaign using that template, what shows up are just the preheader& header, the big pic with the camera and the footer information. . .
I would appreciate help in making this work.

This newsletter is definitely not compatible with Outlook 2010 or 2013, everything is shifted, overlap and the font is too large in comparison to Hotmail or Gmail. I have tested the original version without changes!

The newsletter looks great in a browser, but useless for Outlook.
If you specify the compatibility for Outlook 2010 or 2013 in the item description, please make sure that it works!

Hi Happy Holidays.
I just picked up this template looks great.
I’m having one issue its not responsive inside email clients but is in browsers. I’m using MyMail plugin to send emails even in the MyMail preview its not responsive to mobile but is when editing local HTML and preview in browser.
I edited the template to fit my needs but left all media queries and % alone even added a 320px and max-device-width because your targeted 479px as least px but still not working in the client when sending with MyMail plugin. Tested sent email to iOS Gmail and iOS Thunderbird not responsive. Tested HTML in Firefox, Chrome, Safari html is responsive.
Any suggestions?

Ola,
i have a big problem with the templatebuilder and upload the new file. When i build on the templatebuilder and export this on my client and then i will be upload this ZIP File over the Wordpress dashboard with the plugin MyMail, i become the error “This file is not a mymail file”. So i cant upload the Template to mymail.
Where is the problem?

Button & links etc do not apply styling when used with MSO (Latest versions) will you be releasing a new version or updating?
