First of all the Handy - Handmade theme has many premium features built into it. For example - one of the ways Amazon has enticed me to buy more products is to have a "Related Products" section. This is included in ArenaThemes Handy Shopify theme. I also like the little the customization options. We were considering hiring a shopify expert to customize our theme, but I started uploaded products and going through the Handy user manual and it became so easy to do what I wanted that we decided not to hire help.I needed a couple of fixes with the theme - product descriptions weren't applying any of the formatting and category images weren't displaying in the left hand column. I submitted a ticket to Arenathemes and the issues were resolved both issues promptly - within a few hours!I recommend this theme if you're looking to get up and running quickly with an online store.

I had a problem with the cart feature and within just a few hours the support staff were on the issue. I really do like this theme. It has lots of options and it looks good. It's easy to set up, too.

I purchased the Handyshop theme about a week ago. I had two ideas for improvement, which they did implement right away... wauw!!!!!And the theme is just simple and gorgeous, with no fancy but very useful "stuff", like menus, buttons, sliders... intuitive and u want to stay on the site and surf around.It's perfect for my dropshipping business, with many products in different categories.THANKS again, Arena Themes :) ****** (6 STARS).....................................................1. Hi, I like the popups, but I'm missing the option for the customer to close them down, if he/she is not interested in that "popup" product product. This is only an issue on mobile devices, where its filling up a lot of the screen (at the bottom). On desktop its fine, because it is a little unobtrusive popup, but on mobile its annoying. and disturbing the joyful flow of the shopping experience.Could you code in some kind of "X" in the top right corner of the Popup, for it to close? That would be really neat :)2. Shopping Card misses a "X"-button for closing it (on mobile devices). When the customer opens the Wishlist, he/she can close it easily and intuitively with the green "X" in the top right Corner. But when the customer opens the Cart, on mobile devices it can't be closed intuitively again. There is NO "X" and you have to tap in the smaller grey area on the left side of the screen, for the Cart to disappear again. Its kind of counter intuitive. On PC/Mac it IS intuitive, with the little white "X" showing up in te gray area :) So that's fine.SOLUTION: It would be easy on the customer experience just to put in a "X" in the top right Corner. Maybe make it green and beautiful, like on the Wishlist Popup.

This is a decent theme, but offers limited customization and flexibility. The theme does not have bugs or security vulnerabilities that I'm aware of. If you are unsure if this theme is right for you, read the 'Envato Market Refund Rules'. Many other developers offer dozens of layout options in one theme for the same price as Handy.

This is the worst theme I have seen on ThemeForest. Bug listed below : 1- Dropdown boxes fades up slowly. So if your mouse movement from top level to dropdown is fast, you will lose focus on the dropdown.2- If you have multiple images that have different dimensions, then the image preview zoom will be having some issues of the zoom element overlapping the thumbnails and you can't the other images. 3- When resizing your browser to a smaller size (not mobile size), the image preview zoom doesn't respond to the resizing and the image preview is fixed in terms of size.4- The thumbnail options, there's no buttons to click left or right to view the other thumbnails. The theme's assuming that all people know that there "might" be hidden thumbnails and that they have to click+hold the thumbnails and scroll left and right.5- If you switch to "List View", and resized your browser to, 361px minimum width. You'll notice that the product image is taking up 70% of the box, thus squeezing the information too much. 6- We are forced to use product images that have almost the exact image dimensions. Otherwise, the grid layout will kinda break.7- The theme allows to grab tags and make it into a tabbed content. BUT, with the short description, if you have tag on the very top, this will also be displayed in the short description.8- For some mobile browser, the dropdown text is not aligned. This is due to adding a height plus a padding.

One of the best themes I have ever purchased. Performs well with many extra features you would have to pay for as an app with Shopify...and those Apps add up! No major bugs and support is quick, reliable and friendly! A few tweaks helped with page speed but nothing major needed. I have worked with many shopify themes from Theme Forest and Shopify Theme store and this is by far the best coded, best value and best performing! Worth every penny and more!

ARENATHEME GIVES SURPRISINGLY EXCELLENT SUPPORT! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.I was at a loss trying to figure out some things on my website that I needed to change to customize it a bit. I could not go any further on my own and could not figure out what to do. Nearly going crazy, I decided to given in and contact ArenaTheme. I honestly expected the typical, "Sorry, we can't do that." Or a lazy "cut and paste" response that included terrible "instructions" that were nearly impossible to follow. It was not what happened though.ArenaTheme was professional, quick, and very thorough. Any news about the CSS? I got this message from Shopify: SCSS support is deprecated in themes Convert .scss and .scss.liquid files to .css or .css.liquid for a better performing online store and theme editor.

Excellent conversion-focused Shopify theme with many in-built features you'd usually need to add Shopify apps for. Great value compared to official Shopify themes which usually cost $150-190 and are very light on additional functionality.
