Hello Team, I have installed Loox Reviews on my site.
However I cannot find any guide for installation of ratings on Product Page, Collection Page and Home Page Featured Products.
The guide by Loox does not match the files on this theme.
Please help!

Hi there, I have a quick question about the newsletter popup.
I currently have it enabled but it shows up on every page, even after I decline subscribing and I find it intrusive for customers.
Is there a way to show it on the homepage only? And stop showing once customers close it?

I am planning to purchase this Ella theme (Supermarket) from you. I have a question about loading speed if there is near 50 000 items (from Bigbuy.eu, large catalog). As demo had only less than 100.. but how about if there is 50 000 products, is it fast loading? Any data of load speed rate available with large catalog?

Why no one replay to your ticket system i have a problem and i open ticket for it but no one replay??
I have issue with theme setting when i change any setting in products tab actually no thing happen I use RTL Theme version 4.2.0.
And how can i use Fashion 3 Template With RTL version ??? i waiting too long to update the RTL version why you don’t update it to use the template with it ??

I like how the lingerie preset looks but i also want to change up the swatch shapes to be the tall rectangles instead of the circles and same with the shape of the size buttons. Is there a way to mix up presets/loading more than one?
