I have a background image to use for the same purpose as with the original, but I’m not sure how to make it so that it works in the same way as the original. Could you help, please?

I cannot upload this theme. It keeps saying The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
I tried all of the online tutorials but there is no Zip file inside of the download use.
Please help.
