De nuevo la plantilla no carga, da error al descomprimirla, etc... Un total fracaso. La he subido por ftp. La plantilla me aparece pero no tiene las caracteristicas, ni aparece nada como sale en los videos explicativos. Por favor que me devuelvan mi dinero, esto es desesperante. Beautiful layout! Some functions are complex to find and the translation difficult to do because some names are not used to use the translation plugin it is necessary to enter the code and make the change, this becomes bad because each new update of the layout the whole site goes back to the original language.

If you want a theme with a slow and nefarious support then put your money here I have nothing more to say about it.

It has been whole week, I am sending messages to customer support and there is no single reply so far.

When reported of severe bugs they usually say "it has already been fixed and will release an update soon" but the update doesn't come for many weeks. Just setting wrong expectations, it would help if they just say well fix this in next update which you can expect in a month.

I absolutely love this theme! The video's they provide makes installing so much easier as well. I had one issue and customer service took care of it and even made a video for me on how to fix it. Highly recommend.

Apparently, someone at this company did not get the memo!!Nearly 90% of people use their smartphone to shop online 2017!! For me, I have a very big store showing 15 items per category!! To constantly have to roll your finger on the phone to get to the bottom of the item list with out "Nice Scrolling Effect" Equals a customer Leaving "Bounce" Optimization: Your sidebar NEED to be removed to preserve performance AND Speed!!!

The support I recieved and the improvements they make are genuinely second to none. I recommend them and 5 stars just is not enough.

This is a good theme with plenty of easy features to play with and edit. The price is a bargain! I suggest they add some new features, layouts, functions, etc. in their upcoming updates. Talking about updates, they are a little slow on that side but not complaining.

I don't recommend this Theme because it has many bugs and you never get an answer from customer support!

This the second theme I bought, which is a new version. It seem to have bad quality design with the search and cart on the header, you just cannot align it together nicely. I tried updating the theme. The older version seem to be a good design, although bought version themes are little slow. Thank you

It is a really nice and easy theme, at the beginning was difficult to install the differents demos and I was a bit upset but the support helps me so much and it was very quickly. Also, the documentation is clear, I recommend it, so good quality/price and the support 10.

The template seems to be wonderful and I am learning a little bit about it, but it has taken care of everything I need. But I would like to speak about the support of the Onaz team, very attentive, they helped me whenever I needed and without delay, the people who complain there are very impatient, on the contrary, they are very attentive and helpful. 10 stars for me. Theme designwise is gud, but lots of Bug in it. even support not response on query more than 12 hrs. even posted for author some issue no response.

The theme is good but - The documentation is not complete, we have to find by ourself solutions on the internet - The support is too many time down - I am stil waiting the answer from the support (more than 3 dys) - Many files are outdated and need to be updated to work with woocommerce.
