I however decided to write to you as i am faced with heartbreak concerning the fact that i prescribed to my web designer (With The Email [email protected]) in purchasing a template (Max Blog) which was later found not compatible with my wordpress. After research i found out we bought the wrong template and was supposed to buy a more updated template. I apologize for wrong purchase as i was overwhelmed that i didn’t check the compatibility of the templates and i owe it to my designer because i sent the link to him and he made purchase without proper verification too. So now having found out the most recent update of the template, can we get a refund of the earlier purchase so we can purchase the most recent version or is there a better way at which we can verify and get the most compatible for my wordpress. A swift response would be appreciated.
