Hi, I bought the xavier theme on themeforest but there are no updates since 2017. Now the submenu does not appear. How can I fix it?
I have already disabled all plugins to see if it wasn’t an incompatibility issue but I have not had any results. How can I get the theme update? I have enough urgency, thanks. I open 2 tickets in your support space but I have no answer.

Hi,
I encountered an issue while pasting the content of the Settings.txt file into Admin -> OptionTree -> Import -> Settings field.
After I press “Inport settings” button, wp error notice comes in: Settings could not be imported.
What shall I do?

Dear, is it possible to disable the loading page or maybe just to change it ?
Because i add already the code: ”#preloader{display:none !important;}”

I’m a bit annoyed. Newly installed theme uses outdated plugins and causes errors. WPBakery Page Builder is outdated. ZillaLikes is causing massive problems. Can you fix that?

Is there any limitation to the number of diamonds (portfolio items) that can be shown on the homepage? To what extent can you manually control the items shown?
