Too many bugs after upgrading Prestashop version. I have never used their support so far. When I asked an important question from my client, they said my licence is expired and need to renew it, and the cost is $59 for 6 months. Never ever use their service. Poor customer service. At least they should consider I have never approached for their support after buying the product.

Hello,
I tried to find out where to translate the “RELATED PRODUCTS” label in product page without success. I translated more or less the whole site via the Localization menu, but this label seems to be not manageable.
Please, might you explain me how can I translate it?

Hi,
we have enabled the terms and conditions function on the cart page (checkout onepage) but the text is shown in full, therefore not in a window with the scroll cursor.
How we can fix this bug?
I underline that it is a bug of the template, not a request for assistance.
Try to enable ” Terms and conditions” in magento and you will see the problem in cart

Hello, I had purchased your theme for a while now, but my client has got a problem with it. I know it’s been 2 years, but I’ve seen in your forum that someone has the same error than me, so please could you share it or let me open your forum so that I couls find a clue to resolve it ? I have bought this theme but I haven’t got time to install it eralier – now I can see that css file is in one line Are You able to send me CSS files : global.css,theme-000000.css,theme-8dffe6.css,theme-f5c62e.css with new lines partitions ?
