Hi
I’m a subscriber to your templates on your website but you seem not to provide support there so I’ve decided to seek help here if you don’t mind.
In almost all of your templates that uses K2 including SJ Hexagon, the search box does not accept spacing. For example, if you want to type “hello there”, it will look like this instead “hellothere”. The spacing does not work at all and this is not good for search queries. Do you think you can provide a fix soon?

Hello. I Buy the template but when you install does not complete the installation. When installing the database it is empty without any data.

I have just purchased “Hexagon – Responsive Multipurpose Business Joomla Template” on 15 June 2017 through Themeforest, but the template cannot be uploaded to the Joomla 3.7.2. When I attempt to install the YT plugin, I get the error message: JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/roadmapc/public_html/tmp/install_561be5c23e988/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_system_yt.ini.
Then when I try to make the template live, I get the message that I need to install the YT plugin.

Im sick of getting no answer!
I have a problem with my menu on the homepage in mobile view, it does not work! it works on all pages but the dropdown doesnt fuction on homepage! I tried sending in 2 tickets, no answer, i have maybe asked 5 more question in teh last 3 months, NEVER GOT ANY ANSWER? Are you gonna f* help me or what? Your tempalte is full of crap and also i had to remover MALICIOUS CODE from it, you never answered my quetion about that, so well, now i ask here…. WHY IS THERE A HIDDEN LINK INSERTED IN CSS FILES? WHY DOES MY MOBILE MENU NOT WORK ON HOMEPAGE????

HI,I have purchased the template, but the installation is not working properly, after i fill db info and goto next step it starts the installation and when reaching to “Creating database tables” it goes back to previous page again, i have tried many times and its the same result.

Hello,
Installed in the SP-Page Builder to manage the pages of the site, and when I set the home using Page Builder does not display anything in other pages the content displays normal, which I do to ra home display the contents of the SP-Page Builder ?

No support, ticket posted since 08.05.2015 and never receive answer.
Buggy with captcha not present in the template.
Rated One star and uninstalled, lost 48$...
Will contact Envato quickly.
