but he have an error with the vertical menu module and the multistore. in one store works and in the other not working at all, dont add any ,enu. do you have a fix?

Hi
I changed my site to another host and I had to rebuild the site again..
I have a licence for this theme but now after installed, in this version of prestashop 1.7.6.9 when I change the sp mega menu to disable the home it disabled the menu and never appear again…
And when u change the layout it does not change.. not even cleaning the cache.
My support have already expired.. is it possible for you to help me ?

You said that, you have 21 layout but we have received only one layout, I dont understand, what I want is in your all layout there are 2 things
1), I found 1 or 2 layout is completely nice as per my choice – I wanted to install it directly from admin but its coming first default layout
2) If I have first default layout then, I must able to take some portion of design from diffrent layout, that I am not able to do that
Kindly clear me are you offering 21 layouts or what’s the plan?
I tried to connect on whatsapp and skype, no response.

the “Mobile-Specific Layouts” version in the image: https://ibb.co/WBrpPmG has a menu at the bottom. But here https://ibb.co/Kq9HjnL there is no a menu.
the “qr code” does not work to see if it exists or not.
